Side Heroes To Be Shot Entirely In Bihar

Side Heroes, the upcoming film from Imtiaz Ali and Mahaveer Jain is planned for a Friendship Day 2027 release without fail.

The makers are now preparing to begin shooting and the entire film will reportedly be filmed in Bihar. Since the story is closely connected to the state the team wants to shoot at real locations instead of recreating them elsewhere.

They are currently searching for a small town and plan to start filming on January 14th 2027 for sure. Interestingly Imtiaz Ali was born in Jamshedpur and spent his early years in Patna.

This film is a comedy about friendship with reunion and nostalgia. It stars Varun Sharma, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana and two new actresses.
